Website design service information • Updated October 21, 2026
Orders are paid through Stripe’s hosted checkout. The $399 website build is a one-time payment; domain registration and renewal are separate. Stripe collects the business name, email, domain, website brief, and style/photo direction.
1. Who we are and acceptance
“SiteForge,” “we,” and “us” refer to the website design service presented on this site, reachable at notlandonp@gmail.com. These Terms apply to website design services ordered through our site. A paid order is submitted when checkout confirms the $399 payment and required project details. SiteForge will review the requested scope and contact the customer if details are missing or the request requires work outside the package.
2. Scope and deliverables
The Complete Website package is $399 one time and includes up to 10 pages, a custom mobile-friendly layout, custom sections, a photo gallery, photo selection, contact or quote-request form setup, booking-link integration, basic SEO setup, 3 revision rounds, final approval before launch, and domain connection help. Typical delivery is 3–4 business days after payment and all required project details are received. Missing information, scope changes, or work outside the package may extend the schedule; we will contact you if that happens. The accepted proposal records the specific scope for your project. Features not listed are out of scope and may require a separate quote. Free static-hosting setup and domain connection help are included for eligible sites, subject to the Free hosting section below and the accepted proposal. Domain registration and renewal fees, ongoing maintenance, third-party subscriptions, accessibility audits, and legal compliance reviews are excluded unless explicitly included in writing. Search-engine rankings and business results are not guaranteed.
3. Concept previews and AI tools
Previews are examples for discussion, not final deliverables or promises of an identical result. AI-assisted copy, layouts, or imagery may contain errors or require licensing review. We will review deliverables before sending them for customer approval. The customer is responsible for checking business facts, prices, and claims before publication.
4. Customer materials and cooperation
The customer will provide accurate information and timely feedback and represents that they have rights or permission to use all logos, images, text, and other materials supplied. The customer grants us permission to use these materials solely to perform the agreed services. Project schedules may be adjusted if required materials or approvals are delayed.
5. Fees, payments, and changes
The Complete Website package costs $399 one time, paid through Stripe checkout. No SiteForge subscription is added. Domain registration and renewal, ongoing maintenance, and any separately agreed services are extra. Additional work requires customer approval of a written price before it begins. Stripe processes the payment under its own terms and privacy policy.
6. Revisions, review, and approval
The Complete Website package includes 3 revision rounds. A revision means a reasonable change within the agreed scope, not a full redesign or new feature. Customers will have the review period specified in their project agreement to review a submitted milestone and report requested corrections. We will not treat silence alone as final acceptance. Final publication requires express customer approval.
7. Cancellations and refunds
Before work begins, customers may request cancellation and a refund of amounts paid, less only any clearly disclosed, lawful, and already incurred nonrecoverable third-party charges. Once work begins, a cancellation request will be reviewed against documented work completed, costs incurred, and the accepted proposal; any refund or balance owed will be calculated fairly and in accordance with applicable law. We will correct material failures to deliver the agreed scope. Dissatisfaction with subjective design preferences will be addressed through included revisions and reasonable efforts to resolve the issue, but does not automatically establish a right to a full refund. Nothing here limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived. Specific cancellation and refund timelines must be confirmed in the accepted proposal.
Free hosting
Eligible simple websites may use Cloudflare’s free static hosting plan under its current limits and policies. There is no separate SiteForge hosting fee. The $399 website build, domain registration and renewal, and any separately agreed third-party services or maintenance are separate. Free hosting is not guaranteed forever; provider plans and policies may change. Static delivery currently has no fixed request cap for static delivery under the provider’s standard policy. Server-side code and third-party services have separate limits. Hosting does not promise visitor numbers, search rankings, or unlimited performance. The hosting account, access and handoff are confirmed before launch. Any future paid services require a separate agreement.
Cloudflare is an independent infrastructure provider, not a party to the SiteForge design agreement. Provider terms and policies apply to use of its services. The technical details on this page describe the current offer; the accepted project agreement identifies the actual setup. We do not automatically enroll customers in paid provider services.
8. Ownership and third-party services
After full payment, the customer receives rights to the custom deliverables expressly identified in the proposal, excluding pre-existing tools, licensed templates, fonts, stock assets, and third-party code, which remain subject to their respective licenses. We will disclose any ongoing hosting, platform, or licensing dependencies and the practical steps needed to transfer the website.
9. Warranty, security, and liability
We will perform services with reasonable care and skill and address verified defects within the agreed correction period. We do not guarantee specific sales, traffic, search rankings, or uninterrupted availability of third-party services. To the extent permitted by applicable law, neither party is responsible for unforeseeable indirect losses. Any proposed monetary liability cap must be separately reviewed for enforceability and may not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.
Hosting, DNS, registrars, email, booking, and other third-party providers may experience outages, restrictions, or changes outside our control. We remain responsible for our agreed work and will cooperate reasonably on reported issues, but do not promise to prevent every interruption or security incident. Ongoing monitoring, backups, maintenance, and incident response require an express written scope. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Problems and disputes
Please contact notlandonp@gmail.com with the project number and issue. We will make a good-faith effort to respond within the response period stated in the project agreement and resolve the issue informally. This clause does not prevent customers from exercising legal rights, making complaints to regulators, or pursuing remedies available under applicable law. Any governing-law or venue provision must be stated in the accepted project agreement and remains subject to applicable law.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update terms for future orders, but changes will not retroactively alter an accepted project agreement without both parties' consent. We will display the current version and its effective date on this page.
